I can’t help but notice there is a shift in the wind, sweet melody that has stood the test of time through the years, It’s a song about the good life, we all know it, we all sang it, #someofus.. :) from the director who brought you The Pirates Of The Caribbean and Iron Man…forty nine years has passed since the release from Disney's famous animated film, The Jungle Book(1967). Mowgli is back with the most mind blowing visual CGI masterpiece, live-action adaptation based on Rudyard Kipling's novel for all ages and he has a message to deliver to all our guests….

Storyline

The man-cub Mowgli flees the jungle after a threat from the tiger Shere Khan. Guided by Bagheera the panther and the bear Baloo, Mowgli embarks on a journey of self-discovery, though he also meets creatures who don't have his best interests at heart.

Did you know?

• While the film is a live-action adaptation of The Jungle Book (1967), the filmmakers decided to include elements from the Rudyard Kipling novel to make the film more adventurous and dangerous. 

• The film released in India on April 8, a week ahead of its U.S. debut, to pay tribute to the Indian environment of the film/novel. 

• The wolf pups in the film are named after motion capture actors and other crew members. 

• The original release date was set to be in October 2015, but was switched with another film to be released 6 months later in 2016. 

• The animal characters were both motion captured by and performed live on set by puppeteers from the Jim Henson Company. For the on-set performances, Jim Henson's Creature Shop built elaborate life-sized puppets to act alongside Mowgli and serve as eye-lines. 

• Remote jungle locations in India were photographed and used as reference for the jungle environment in the film.
